This garment gives limited protection to the user when exposed to flash fire and electrical arc flash. This garment is not designed for extended exposure to fire, chemicals, hot liquids, or steam. It should not be used for fire entry, firefighting or other activities involving exposure to flame or heat. This garment may lose its flame resistant properties if not laundered and maintained as advised by the manufactures’ care instructions. It is the responsibility of the user to assess and determine if the garment is suitable for its intended purpose.
This garment is constructed from fabric that is self-extinguishing upon removal from a flame / electrical arc flash source. It is intended to minimize burn injuries during short term exposure to flame/electrical arc. The user is responsible for the proper use of this garment and ELITE FR LLC. Shall not be liable for any injury or death that emerge from using this garment
Meticulously inspect this garment upon purchase for rips, tears, holes, burns, charring, discoloration, or other structural damages. After purchase, this garment should be examined before each use for damage. Discontinue the use of this garment if protective properties are compromised.

Choose a garment size to wear that fits your body dimensions. Do not choose garments that are too tight or restrict movement. Proper garment fitting is important for job safety and performance. .
when donning garment make sure to fully extend legs (sitting if possible)
Ensure that all closures are secured. Outer most garment should be flame-retardant.
Garments are to be worn properly sleeves and trousers rolled down to fully cover wrist and ankles
And shirts fully tucked inside the trousers.
When removing garment fully extend and unfasten all closures (zippers,buttons,snaps,etc)
Make sure to inspect your fr garment on a regular basis after and before each use and replace them when they fail to serve their primary purpose.
The marking of this garment should be avoided or kept to a minimum. The use of emblems, lettering, embroidery, name tags, etc. should be kept to a minimum.
If none flame retardant logos, emblems or any kind of markings are desired the user must meet the NFPA 2112 -2018 standard on flame- resistant clothing for protection of industrial personnel against short duration of thermal exposures from fires.
ELITE FR shall replace any merchandise that is proven to have manufacturing imperfections.
ELITE FR shall not be liable for misuse, adaptation, redesign and abuse of garment.
Damage after normal wear and tear shall not be covered.
ELITE FR makes no other warranty other than garment manufacturing imperfections.
Garments purchased apart from ELITE FR or an authorized dealer shall be excluded from coverage.
ELITE FR makes NO other guarantees of suitability of this garment for specific uses or purposes.
Garments worn, redesign, altered or damaged will not be subject to return or exchanges
Make sure the garment fits properly for the user’s safety and best job performance.
Making any adjustments to this garment will result in warranty
voidance.
Keep garments in a dry, clean environment away from water, mold and mildew.
Direct Sunlight exposure may reduce drastically the garments ability to perform as intended.
Inspect garments before each use make sure they are in good condition after kept away for long periods of time.
Refer to NFPA 2113 standard for a better understanding on how to care, use, maintenance of flame resistant garments for protection of
industrial personnel against short duration thermal exposures from fire.
Follow instructions noted on the care label.
Avoid cross contamination by not using public facilities for cleaning or separating none-flame retardant garments from flame retardant garments.
Do not use detergents with bleach, chlorine, fabric softener dryer sheet or starch since these are highly flammable.
If garments become contaminated with flammable substances the garment should be replaced.

This garment should be removed from service when signs of excessive wear, abrasion, thin spots, holes, evidence of rips, cuts, tears, open seams, heavily soiled or contaminated with flammable substances.
Contaminated garments and garments that are no longer in good working conditions should be disposed following local or state requirements and regulations.
Do not give away or sell retired garments to secondhand stores or charitable organizations.
